Part of our mission at Pioneer Bank is to be CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING. Team Pioneer is always working hard to learn how to better serve our customers and our fellow team members. We are proud of Darlene Stalder, from our Lohman Branch in Las Cruces. Darlene recently earned her Customer Service Level III. Darlene worked and studied hard and has proven to be qualified to be promoted. We are so proud of Darlene – who is always smiling and gives the extra effort to be sure our customers are always taken care of.
“Darlene has worked for Pioneer Bank for ten years,” stated Melody Parra, Vice President/Retail Banking in Las Cruces. “She started out as the Teller Supervisor and then In 2014 she transferred to the New Accounts representative and HPC Team Captain where she has done a Great Job! She really enjoys her customers and she goes above and beyond to help them and make sure their needs are being met. Her customers are really happy and they tell their friends and family about Pioneer Bank. Her community involvement and volunteering has been such a great experience and has led to many long lasting business relationships. She feels like when you make an effort to be a positive part of the community, customers will feel we care about them and how we do business in our work place. She is proud to be a part of such a great Pioneer Bank Team.”
