April is a special month for us at Pioneer Bank as we celebrate Community Banking Month! We’re excited to announce our latest initiative to promote financial literacy and encourage a love for reading among our youngest community members.
Throughout April, we’re offering free children’s books at all our branches (while supplies last – one per customer). And that’s not all – along with each book, you’ll receive an adorable piggy bank! We believe teaching kids about saving money from a young age is crucial, and what better way to start than with a fun book and a piggy bank to stash away their coins?
Here’s how you can participate: Visit any Pioneer Bank branch to pick up your free children’s book and piggy bank. Then, spend some quality time with your child reading one of our featured books: “Money, Money, Honey Bunny” or “Alexander, Who Used to Be Rich Last Sunday”. After you’ve enjoyed your reading session, snap a photo of the moment and share it on social media, tagging us with #pioneerbank.
