With over two decades of experience in banking, Gloria’s passion for her work is palpable, and her commitment to our team and company is unwavering. Gloria says, “I have always strived to be my best and do my best. This has involved lots of hard work, dedication, loyalty, growth, commitment, and unforgettable memories with an amazing team and company. I am still learning new things every day. I am lucky to work with wonderful people who have taught me so much in my time here!” “Because of the level of skill Melissa has in credit analysis and overseeing our analyst team, we have been able to grow and diversify our loan portfolio,” as noted by her supervisor, Nicole Austin. “Her ability and the ability of her team allows us to work with any type of customer and participate with other community banks on any loan we choose to pursue. We are truly blessed to have her as part of Team Pioneer!”
