Starting as a diligent teller, Faviola’s journey showcases the potential for growth and excellence within our organization. Delma’s supervisor, Ericka Laney, Branch Manager, commends her exceptional leadership and customer-centric approach, stating, “Delma has been the Retail Banking supervisor now for 17 years and has been doing a wonderful job. She is quick to assist the team when needed, as well as our customers. Delma jumps in on the teller line, new accounts, and consumer loans when she sees the need. She has great customer service, always has the customer’s best interest in mind, and is there for them when they have questions.
