Our staff is always striving to learn more about helping our customers and making their lives easier – we do this through continual training. Recently we promoted three team members in Hobbs. They demonstrated excellent customer service and knowledge providing our customers with the products they need.
The team members we recognize today are Mayra Duenez, Jasmyne Glover and Tamara Grado of Hobbs.
Mayra was promoted to Teller II. “Mayra is always willing to lend a helping hand where needed and she is always eager to learn new things,” stated Ashley Ruiz, Retail Banking Manager. “I am so proud of her and couldn’t be more thrilled that she is now a Teller II!”
Also promoted to Teller II is Jasmyne. “Jasmyne has worked hard to pass her Teller II test,” said Ashley. “She has done great things in her time at Pioneer Bank and I can’t wait to see what she does next!”
Tamara was promoted to CSR II. “Tamara was extremely eager to take her CSR II test. She has a great rapport with Customers and has received many 5 star google reviews,” added Ashley. “I am ecstatic of what she has done to date.”
