Pioneer Bank Celebrates 15 Years with Two Team Members

Pioneer Bank has earned the Albuquerque Journal’s Top Workplace award the past two years because our team members voted for us.  The proof what an amazing company we are (we try to be modest, but sometimes you just have to brag) is how long our employees stick with us to help us be the standard by which all other community banks measure themselves.

We just celebrated 15 year anniversaries with two of our outstanding team members.

Dalia Salazar, a Resource Center Specialist in Retail Banking is wonderful when it comes to helping customers with any issues they may have with banking.  “Dalia has diversified talents from the “old days” of Item Processing to the “new days” of our Resource (Call Center),” says Denise Gendreau, Vice President/Retail Operations. “Being fluent in her ability to speak Spanish is well received in her chat and phone customer service skills.  While conversing with customers, she is also a branch auditor and handles Pioneer Bank levy’s and garnishments.”

Pioneer Bank’s Compliance Internal Auditor, Leigh Humble, is always smiling and a great volunteer in the community. “Through the years, Leigh’s talents and efforts have helped contribute to Pioneer’s success,” stated Davis Bennett, Vice President/Internal Audit Director.  “We applaud the determination and effort demonstrated in reaching this service milestone.”
