Team Pioneer Members in Las Cruces have been busy studying and learning more about Community Banking. These Team Members have worked hard and tested well for their promotions. We are so proud of them and excited to have them on our Team….
Faviola Rodriguez began with Pioneer Bank as a Teller in March of 2019. Since that time she has become a Teller II and a CSR 1 at our Universtiy Branch. “Faviola is very motivated to learn and grow with Pioneer Bank and we are proud to have her on our team,” says Melody Parra, Vice President. “Faviola provides great customer service and it is an added benefit that she is bilingual and able to assist those Spanish speaking customers.”
“I started my journey at Pioneer Bank about a year and a half ago and it has been an awesome learning experience,” adds Faviola. “I have gained so much more knowledge within banking and have professionally grown. I appreciate Pioneer Bank for allowing me to grow and giving us employees an opportunity to pitch in our ideas. It is a rewarding workplace when you see customers leave happy.”
“I have been with Pioneer Bank for almost 3 years and I am so grateful for the opportunity they gave me when I got hired,” says Elizabeth. “I had no prior experience in banking, but my team and managers supported me and gave me all the tools to accomplish what I have today. Having the support of everyone in the branch, as well as at our corporate office, has been great! I don’t think I have ever worked at a place that they take such good care of their employees like Pioneer Bank does.”
Elizabeth began with Pioneer Bank as a teller in 2018. Since that time she has been promoted to a Teller III and a CSR 1 and is is now the Teller Supervisor of our Roadrunner Branch. Melody Parra, Vice President has this to say about her, “Elizabeth is an asset to the Pioneer Bank with her willingness to learn and grow with our Team. She has a very positive attitude and she is always willing to go above and beyond to help others.”
Amanda Archuleta began with Pioneer Bank as a Teller in February of 2019. She then became a Teller II at our University Branch. “Amanda is very outgoing and friendly with our customers,” says Melody Parra, Vice President. “She continues to learn and grow with Pioneer Bank and we are proud to have her on our Team.”
Amanda stated, “I love my job at Pioneer Bank because they are great community supporters. I also enjoy my co-workers, and my managers; they have become my second family. In my workplace I have felt so supported with any of my concerns, questions, ideas, or suggestions. This support has helped me grow and gain confidence in this industry and I look forward to my future career with Pioneer Bank.”
