Team Pioneer recently celebrated workiversaries with Kim Wing in Alamogordo and Tamara Grado in Hobbs.
Kim Wing, our Branch Manager in Alamogordo recently celebrated 10 years with Pioneer Bank. Kim joined Pioneer in February of 2012 as a Teller and was later promoted to Retail Banking Supervisor. In 2019 Kim was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Assistant Branch Manager. Kim was named Vice President and Branch Manager in July of 2020. Kim has always been one to step in to fulfill whatever role is needed. Kim is known for her willingness to help her branch thrive. We are blessed to have Kim as part of Team Pioneer.
