Pioneer Bank is honored to celebrate the years of service these Team Pioneer members have provided to our success. These members are appreciated not only for their tenure, but also for their talent, value, accomplishments, and successes over the course of their careers.
Richard Hernandez, Central Processor, has been with Team Pioneer for 15 years! He has held many positions in his time with us. “Being a part of Pioneer Bank for 15 years has been a great plus in my life,” he says. “Working here has given me many opportunities to learn and grow in many areas of banking. But what I enjoy the most is the great people I work with. Also, it is awesome how a family and friend culture has been established throughout our company, you know, more than just a team. At Pioneer, you really feel welcomed and you are afforded every opportunity to learn and grow in order to be successful.”
Scott Morhauser, Senior Vice President/Mortgage Production Manager and Richard’s supervisor states, “Richard has been an asset to the Mortgage Team! He is always willing to learn new aspects of the department. We are always able to rely on him!”
Brad Shaw, Vice President/Treasurer, has been at Pioneer Bank for 10 years. “Brad is a valued team member in the accounting department and we congratulate him for his 10 years at Pioneer,” stated Aaron Emmert, Executive Vice President/CFO.
When asked what working at Pioneer Bank for 10 years means to Brad, he stated, “Pioneer has given me great career growth opportunities and is heading in a great direction.”
Amber Sosa, Teller III has been with Team Pioneer for 5 years. She has worked hard to complete many tiers in our retail banking in her time here and continues to take advantage of new training to learn more about Community Banking to better serve our customers. “Amber, over the years, has proven that she has what it takes to make sure our customers’ banking needs are met. She is a team player that always strives to come to work with a positive attitude,” stated Saul Madrid, Retail Banking Supervisor.
“Pioneer Bank has helped me through some difficult times,” state Amber. “With their support, I am able to grow as a person in my career and in my personal life.”
