Today Team Pioneer honored Scott Mohrhauser and his 30th work anniversary with Pioneer Bank by hosting a golf tournament and reception this evening! Team members, retired members, friends, and family joined us at the NMSU Golf Course in Las Cruces. We are so grateful for his unwavering dedication, commitment, and hard work over the years. His contributions have been invaluable in helping us achieve our goals and success. Scott’s team had a well-deserved victory in the golf tournament as well.
Christoper Palmer, CEO/President stated, “It’s not very often that you get to present someone with a 30-year service award. I have had the honor to give several of these presentations recently. I think that says something about our bank, which has been around since 1901. We are very happy to present Scott with this 30-year service award. Congratulations Scott, we look forward to many more years together.”
Kiel Hoffman, EVP/Market President had all those in the room that were younger than 30 raise their hands. He then jokingly pointed out to them that Scott has worked at the bank longer than they were born.
Scott commented, “When I started at Pioneer Bank my oldest son was 7 years old. I have been through three name changes at the bank: Pioneer Savings and Trust, Pioneer Savings Bank, and now Pioneer Bank. I have had four different CEOs. For the younger team members at the bank now is your time to shine, your time to step in, and do what you can to make the bank better. Your career will go by in the blink of an eye.”
