Our business continuity and pandemic plans are in place and Pioneer Bank will continue to monitor the situation and adjust as needed. Team Pioneer leaders are convening daily to share information and review additional precautionary measures that may be necessary.
We encourage our customers to utilize Internet Banking and our drive-up windows when possible, however, our branches will remain open. Additionally, our various ITM terminals allow you to conduct almost any transaction you would wish to do within one of our branches. You can even receive virtual assistance from a live representative.
For cautionary reasons, Pioneer Bank has postponed all Bank related travel. Pioneer will utilize technology and collaboration tools for any necessary meetings to limit person to person contact.
Pioneer Bank will strive to have the proper supplies available to keep the branches sanitary and proper hygiene practices will be encouraged.
