When asked how it feels to celebrate this amazing milestone, Melody said, “I cannot believe that it has been 30 years!! I still love my job and the relationships that I have made with the employees and the customers along the way. We are like a family. I have a Great Boss and a wonderful team of employees to work with. I am very blessed to work for a community bank like Pioneer Bank they truly want to make a positive difference in their employees lives and help them learn and grow as an person. Pioneer Bank encourages us to be involved in our community and give back. I enjoy being able to serve on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters and I am also a Big Sister with the program, they are a wonderful mentoring organization for our youth.”
