At Pioneer Bank, we understand the importance of team connection and leadership growth. Today, leaders within Team Pioneer attended a leadership workshop from Sean Payant and Ned Pauley with Haberfeld at the Daniels Leadership Center located on the NMMI campus. Approximately 30 team members from across the organization attended the workshop. The workshop focused on the importance of the role of a manager and how a manager affects the engagement of the team.
