“What I admire about Pioneer is the opportunity and encouragement to grow within the bank. The photo I choose is of me in my supervisor’s (Esther’s) office. I am very fortunate to be a part of her team in Human Resources and have been given the chance to work in an area that will utilize all the skills I have to the fullest potential and to also grow and expand on my knowledge in this field. Working at the Corporate office, I’ve come to appreciate the atmosphere that truly embodies the spirit of Pioneer, and recognizes just what a Community Bank should be like.
