One of our members, Jessica Ponce, recently celebrated her 20th year working with Pioneer Bank. We have seen her family grow in her time here and we are so grateful she is a part of Team Pioneer.
“Jessica always goes above and beyond,” states Eric Ehler; VP/Information Security Officer/Vendor Manager. “She is always eager to help her teammates and will go out of her way to make sure everyone is taken care of. Jessica has held a few positions over the course of her career. With each job, she embraced it and always worked to find a better way of doing things. When asked why she has helped Pioneer Bank over the years, Jessica says, “I’ve completely enjoyed working for Pioneer Bank for the past 20 years. Working here this long, I’ve been able to learn a lot. I’ve worn many different hats and have learned so much. Pioneer Bank is much more than my employer, they are like a family.”
