Position: Business Development/Commercial Lender
Markets: Hobbs, Carlsbad, Alamogordo, Ruidoso
Reports to: Chief Lending Officer
Supervises: None
Summary: Pioneer Bank is a community bank looking to partner with individuals who are outgoing and proactive to be Business Development/Commercial Lenders. You would not be confined to an office, but rather out in the community meeting the needs and fulfilling the dreams of businesses in our markets. We have a great support team in place to assist and support the opportunities you bring to the bank. Pioneer Bank can meet a wide range of deposit and lending needs for personal and business customers. Your challenge would be to promote Pioneer Bank and its ability to meet those needs and dreams.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in the area of business administration, marketing, finance or related field.
Experience in lending or loan analysis preferred
Able to handle the technology and banking software utilized by the bank
Willing to work traditional hours; however, business development may require some evening and weekend events.
