Addison Mann and Vanessa Bejarano Celebrate Five Years at Pioneer Bank

Team Pioneer recognizes and celebrates our Team Members’ hard work, dedication, and loyalty. Addison Mann and Vanessa Bejarano recently celebrated five years with Pioneer Bank, proving their strong commitment and reliable character. Pioneer Bank values and appreciates these ladies, recognizing that their loyalty and productivity significantly contribute to our success. We are so proud of Addison and Vanessa for reaching such a great milestone as they continue to grow and thrive with our Bank.

When asked how she feels about working at Pioneer Bank, Addison says, “Working at Pioneer Bank is a blessing. We are a family, and truly are leaders creating leaders. I couldn’t have asked for better place to work! I have learned and grown so much in the past 5 years working here. I love my Pioneer family!”  Her supervisor, Whitney Candelaria added, “Addison is a huge asset to our team. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help in any way that she can! She not only helps her team here at corporate, but also all the other branches. I know I can depend on her to show up and get work done! Thank you Addison for all of your hard work and dedication to Team Pioneer!”

Kerri Hendrix, Vanessa’s supervisor stated this about her, “Vanessa is a kindhearted person, who takes pride in helping our customers. She knows most of our customers by name and can continue the conversation from their previous visit. Vanessa takes the time to hear our customer’s needs and gives them the best answer she has. Vanessa very knowledgeable in various circumstances or situations. It has been very nice getting to work, and even learn a few things from Vanessa. She is a great member of our team!”   Vanessa said this about her time here, “I am proud to say that I work at Pioneer Bank because I feel respected and I am surrounded by a lot of highly driven individuals who encourage me to challenge myself every day. I also love that I have the freedom to be creative in the work that I do.”
